How do you ship packages?
- Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
- Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer a free shipping worldwide on all orders exclude products labeled as FREE.
How can some items be FREE?

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. Most of our customers received their items in 7-15 days. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says “Status Not Available”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Currently, we do not offer return or refund in case you do not want the item (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, or you have simply changed your mind).
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you already received the item, the refund amount will not include the shipping & handling cost.
We can only refund regular priced items. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of WWLovers (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Package Returned To Sender – Wrong Address
If a package is returned to sender due to wrong address information, WWLovers will not be held liable and compensation will not be granted by any form. Buyer should take the responsibility over this matter as we allow an order modification within 24 hours. If the package returned and buyer want to re-ship, buyer have to pay for additional shipping fees.
Lost Order – Wrong Address
WWLovers will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect shipping address.
